Eddie, I am going to be putting the Yoshi RS-4 slip on on my bike but I don't plan on changing the air filter as I think the stock one is fine,  will I still need a re-map to realize the benefits of the Yoshi or is it fine like it is..(the map)  ...??  thanks in advance..!!

The screen is the backfire screen in the airbox. Its the mesh around the air filter cage. Yes, If you remove it without doing a remap, it will run worse.

Eddie

I came to your shop a few months back and you remapped my 10 CRF250R.  I had a notoil powerflo kit and a 4.1 FMF / powerbomb exhaust.  I have been really happy with the map.  It is the one that says 'stock; no screen' in the comments section (i have the HRC FI programmer).  I have since then gone to an akrapovic exhaust because I believed it would have better low end torque, and it definitely does.  I sold the FMF exhaust.  It was good but not the low end I wanted.  I am in the process of putting in a 13.5:1 CP piston and in a few weeks I should have the hot cams stage 1 cam for it as well.  Do you recommend a different map for that setup or should I stick with what I have from you now?  I am riding mostly at VDR and I live in Loveland, CO.

Thanks.

Eddie, this maybe a little differant than most, but I have a 2010 crf250 on an outlaw kart, we have no noise issues and need to run a clamp type (K&N) filter. Question is what is the best power pipe, best tuner and what ever else you would recommend. Again keep in mind loud is not a problem!

Thanks
