I drove by it the other day on the way home from riding at Bradley and the gates were all closed. This was Sunday at 3 pm. I was wondering if it was still open, it looked kind of deserted but it always does.

Wash your bike after riding in the sand. A buddy took his bike home after riding there in one of the sand tracks and a couple days later tried to wash it off. The sand turned to concrete. He still hasn't gotten it all off.

the sand track is about all you will want to ride, the bigtrack will be way to muddy to ride its like pig sh*t. you should go to Woodland on Sunday they have a race going on but its a lot more fun in the wet than Longview IMO.

Riverdale raceway isn't too far north of Longviews track, and it's fun to ride also.

They usually run both tracks but what they call grooming leaves a bit to be desired. The sand track is fun when it's had some rain, the big track can be hit or miss. Be careful if it's wet, it gets pretty greasy. They still run the trails which are great for beginners to putt-putt around.
Not the best track around, but a good place to get back into riding. If weather is questionable call and let them know you're coming out, they'll open up for you. I've been out there when I was the only person riding, really wet and muddy but still better than sitting at home.

Well I went up today and it was fun the sand track was realy sloppy at first but the clouds broke and we ripped on it for a while and some quads ran laps on it and it was nice after that, i took a nice digger in the back straight ealry in the day full on face plant off the last jump and a helmet full of mud, it was realy muddy. When the sand track got realy crowded we headed over to the main track it was muddy and slick but not crowded so we finnished the day out there it was rough riding becouse the mud killed most of the jumps but there are a few that you could realy rip on so we rallied over there and had our own adventures it dried out some and all in all had we fun the corners at the main track are rediculas its like pure flat track style and its rough in the mud i would go back again but i will wait for dryer weather. hope to make eddieville nov 21-22

That's weird, I called them yesterday & they said they were open today.

Weird, I haven't been able to contact them, their website is now down, and they told some friends of mine they were closing soon (about 3 weeks ago).
Be great if they were still open... can someone confirm this?
