I'd like to know what the kdx gurus have to say about this question as well.

i messed with it a lot when i had my kdx and ended up going back to stock location. i assume the issue you guys are having is where it rubs the odo? i just zip tied it the best i could to reduce it slaping against it and wearing through the cable, was never an issue after that. ill take a pic of the page in the manual if youve already rerouted and forgot where it belongs...
