Asked about this previously but now its really ticking me off!!

Oil pump strokes fine out of bike but put it in and no action at all.

The plastic gear is fine and the worm gear wheel is spinning in the motor so why wouldnt it work?

The pump seats fully so i am totally lost on this one:banghead:

did you bleed it? Could be an air bubble that is only causing problems when it's mounted in the bike.

If you did bleed it, and are still having problems, I recommend trying a Mi-T-Vac or maybe Mityvac? I forget how it's spelled, it's a hand held vacuum pump usually used to bleed brakes. I bought one and absolutely love the thing.

Worth the $20 I spent on it, can bleed an entire brake system, from pitch black to clear on a car in about five minutes after the tires are off. So it's useful outside of PW50s.

Oh, and I presume you replaced that seal that was causing problems before?
