NYMXer you should get the fuel.......I did not do any thing but stumble upon it on exriders. It was good info and I thought it would help others out.

Overall a good read but the sag isn't really something you want to keep going up and down with depending on the day.  The sag dictates the baseline for all of your other adjustments.  If you set the sag too high or low you'll never get the compression and rebound dialed in correctly.
