I have read alot about proper springs for the suspension. I need help.

Can some of you give me some spring weight recommendations?

I am 5'11''
Weight 220lbs
Cup size "C" (man boobs) :) (Just kidding :D)
I ride in the New England WOODS. No MX. Lots O'rocks and Roots.

I am assuming that I have the stock weight springs in the bike now. Also a reccomendation on Suspension Oils....

I am 235 I am running .52 in the fork and 5.8 in the rear. I tried the 5.6 rear and it wallowed a bit. You should be good with .50 front and a 5.6 rear. The stock valveing needs some help. ---Mike
