Hi guys

All new here AND norwegian, so be patient.. ;)

I bought a new toy a couple of weeks ago, 1986 mod Honda XL600LM. The front turn signals (or at least one of them) has a rock guard cover. Seems like it's made for this turn signal as it's a really snug fit.
Anyone got an idea of where to get a hold of a second one?

I searched the lens (part #33402-MG2-003) on Ron Ayers and did a search for all the bikes it fit. There are a ton of bikes from 1983 to 2009 that use that lens, none of them utilized a guard like that or had it listed on the fische. I'm going to guess it's aftermarket. Are there any marks on it? ...or a word that says "Acerbis"? lol

BTW, you say that like being from Norway is a bad thing, lol. Congrats on the new bike. :ride:

In the US, this is what is shown for a 1986 XL600 (XL600R, actually) http://www.bikebandi...m11999sch543927

He needs the rock guard. It's not listed on that link.

Understood.

Showing him what we have here on the closest available matching model does not show the guard as an available part.

Hi guys, thanks for trying. I've checked the fiches, and nothing..
There's no marks on the rock guard that could identify it. :(

I really can't imagine that my bike is the only one equipped with this? ;)

somebody have a Tucker-rocky book from that vintage ? 83-88 ish?
Or any other big bike parts distributor?
aftermarker stuff vanishes when demand dries up......

I have had 2 XL600Rs... never saw one of those rock guards before.
