Where is the best/cheapest place to purchase a drz e 400 petcock online. I am tired of my vaccum operated petcock leaking on my drz s.

Thanks

Get a WR 400 petcock, no vacuum and half the price. I expect the TT store sells them.

Wr's petcock doesn't work on metal tanks , when the switch is on the res it hits the tank , i try it and even with the 'S/'SM petcock spacer but it kept hitting the tank .

He's got an E, in the UK at least that means a plastic tank. What part of Greece are you in? I've got family in Corfu.

Was the switch the only problem? I assume the hole pattern was the same and it bolted up OK. Maybe one could cut off part of the switch to keep it from hitting?

I did cut some of the switch but it will be a real small piece to handle .
I would search on eBay to find a used one from 'E model or search to eBay but from Europe , most Euro 'S/'SM models came with a petcock like 'E , mine too has a petcock like the 'E model .

I see what you mean Smias, the WR petcock seems to have a much shorter "neck" which puts the switch way to close to the tank.. too bad a new 'E' model petcock costs $65, so maybe I'll look for a used one. Thanks very much for the help
