I am racing an arenacross event in a month and am wondering what would be a good starting point for a suspension set up. A slower rebound with much stiffer compression comes to mind but am not to sure on how you would set up your sag. Any ideas would be appreciated....thanks.

A good place to get advice on that question would be here:

Start with the sag around 95 and pull the forks up as much as 10 to improve cornering.

Damping adjustments will be a challenge, but typically the rebound will be the tricky one to get down. The shock will tend to need more rebound and the fork will need less.
