this is within specs but only by one ten thousandth of an in.
In spec is in spec. If it was me, I would leave it alone.
If your worried about it, check it again after 5-10 hours of riding

I'm just amazed I bought this bike brand new and the valves are still in spec. (just barely)
First off, dont be amazed its standard Yamaha quality/reliability.
Both my dad and I bought new 06's in august of 06. Put 13K miles on them in less than one year....NOT one valve adjustment or anything. And this was all desert racing, dual sporting and baja miles...
I sold my 06 bought an 08...pop put a new pistion/rings valve seals/springs and put the STOCK valves and shims back in the bike...With over 15K miles on his 06 it still starts first/second kick and runs like a stripped ape
Second, unless you know what the valves were set at when you bought the bike, you don't know if they have "barely" been in spec this whole time...so just check em again in 5-10 hours and enjoy the ride

I got my 06 WR brand new (0 Miles) last year and now it has 3500 km (2000 mls) on the odometer. No change in valveclearance on every check.
