bolt torque and shims on brembo brake

what is the torque setting for the 2 large caliper allen bolts on a qtm front brembo kit.
-also,how do you shim the calper with provided shims?until top of pad barely reaches the OD of rotor?
-caliper is not exactly centered over rotor.about 1 to 2 mm difference.important?

you use the shims to try and center the caliper groove and much as possible.

i dont know the tq on the caliper bolts.i just make sure they are tight.
