I want to wire up my nuetral light to come on when i shift into 5th gear. I already know how to wire it and everything.
My question is, Is there any way to open that little instrument cluster without destroying it? I had an extra one from a parts bike I have. I tryed to get the silicon out with a dremel but it ate up the wires and hit the circuit board.
I know I could wire it to the existing nuetral led but I just kinda wanted to have a different color led (not that im going to confuse 5th and nuetral). Im thinking a red led so its not going to be as bright and distracting at night.
If there is no way to cleanly get into the cluster then ill figure something else out or just wire it to nuetral.
