does yamaha use the same head on the wr450 and the yz450f

It was more or less the same head between both until the '06 YZ450 came along. They had different part numbers and ports, but could be interchanged. However, the '06 and later YZ450 oils the top end internally, a change that did not reach the quad until the '09.
