Don't remember if any of you remember me, but I got hammered in here awhile back for asking why you guys bought Huskys. The only reason I did so what to understand the strong points of the bikes, but I got flamed and loads of bad gas for it. I believe it was the 45mm Zochs are killing me thread. Anyhow, guess what????? I'm taking care of a 2008 TE450. One of the first things we're doing is getting rid of that chunk of concrete hard foam that they call a seat. The owner is not 6'5" so I'm going to buy him a couple of inches for his inseam. Here's where it sits. Once it's all buttoned up I'll post the finished pictures. If you guys have questions about this please feel free to ask.

Looks good. Have you ridden that bike? If so, what do you think of ie Husky's? Has the same bling mine does. The Arrow pipe, BRP guide, Uptite guard.

The guy that owns this thing isn't that tall and felt the foam was WAY to hard to be comfy for him. This is a GUTS stock height, medium density foam. It basically feels like a stock Honda seat foam. My bike is in the background in these pictures and he wanted his seat "just like mine." Due to the gas tank running up under the front part of the seat I wasn't able to take as much off as I did with mine. As an added bonus this new shape really flows with the shape of the bike. Check out the side angle shots. I thought that was pretty cool.

How does the GUTS med density foam compare with the stock foam? I was thinking about getting the soft foam.

I like the GUTS med. foam. The soft is too soft the the hard is about as hard as the stock Husky foam, maybe a little harder. But the med is nice, you won't squish the foam too bad, but it's a lot nicer than the stocker for sure.
