Have .021 valve clearance on exhaust

Helping a friend with his bike and found .021 clearance on one of the exhaust valves.
Never seen so much before.
Do they make a shim large enough to take up the gap.

.021 what? Inches? Or does he mean 0.21 mm, which would be normal?

If it's really .021", he probably either has a valve sticking open, or a bent valve. Tap the lifter lightly with a punch a few times to see if the valve will bounce down onto the seat.
