So I was looking around the web the other day and I found the Yamaha Chivicker and I freakin' want one to hit some local BMX tracks and skateparks... possible plate it here.

I know its a concept bike but wonder if anything like it was ever made or if anyone might have more information.

Looks like a yamaha (better) version of something that already exists.
Lemme see if I can rack the brain and find the thing that is already out there.

It looks like a kiddie version of the Yamaha Trickster.

Actually both of those look like heavier, less agile knock-offs of trials bikes.
Toss a long-ride seat on a trials bike and you've probably got everything that those could do only better (and with better resale value).

It has some trails feel but I just think the little one would be sick as a mini thrasher.

That sachs one is getting warm but it just looks off IMO

People were loving them a while back, haven't heard much lately.

I think the two person seat is part of the major difference in looks, then the "mags" vs spoked wheels.

People were buying them for exactly what you wanted to do.

A motorized mountain bike so to speak.

They are available though as far as I know.

I'd almost think youd want like a thumb throttle on something like that as you would not want the grip to twist?

videos on youtube make it look more like a standard small dirt bike just sort of urbanized

Ya know, as cool as the chivicker, tricker and madass are, the WRR kind of covers the same area for me.
And it tempts me to do evil things as it is, I live near a golf course or three.

A cheap used madass to thrash would be fun and the trick pegs on the chivicker allow a few moves that you couldn't do with out them but I guess you could rig that up if you wanted through a hollow axle.

Had sliders that worked that way on the buell, rod through axle and pegs on ends.
