Are they like Hotcams stage 1 or like the stage 2???
Should I just stay with the hotcams I plan on getting soon? Stage 1 that is.

I think they are the same ones I'm using? If so I like mine so far, but have not yet finished tuning my carb and have not yet had time to profile them or begun tuning them. As of now mine are still set to the install timing card lobe centers. Over all there a good choice, but as MR. Sisneros has said "just because their yosh dont expect miracles from them.

I would stay with the Hot Cams. Unless your going to the full SM 470 setup, then RHC cams etc...

Remember, most people/owners never take the time to keep trying various timing combo's. They just set them or have someone set them, run them out of the box, or at times set them wrong. The cams dont get tuned for the individuals needs or the needs of the existing host engine/carb. This doesn't give any cam grind a fare shake, but anything is better than stock in our case.

Those ones are listed for the LTZ400. I know it's the same motor but Fi'd. Are those the right cams for the DRZ?

Thanks for chiming in Mr. SSW. That sounds like a pretty good deal.

What additional mods are recommended to step up to Hotcams Stage 2 versus Stage 1?

They don't make Hotcams Stage 2 any more. They kept breaking things.

They dont know what they are selling. You be surprised how much that is listed as Ltz,Kfx and Dvx400 only! on Ebay. I bought my CW 434 kit listed as a Kfx-Dvx quad kit on ebay.
