Squirt Timing = BK Mod - Tech ?

I know how to do the BK/HB/KL & Taffy Mods but have the following question which has been bugging me.....

Is the fuel squirt the same on all bike of the same model - ie:

- the same for all '01 WR426's?

- the same for all '00 DR400's?

- the same for all '99 WR400's?

If not what causes it to be different?

Different riders have used different settings on their APJ, but the answer is yes to your question.
