water splashing from sparkplug hole

:crazy: hi, when my 2001 y 426 didn`t want to start yesterday I dicided to change the plug. I kicked it over with the plug out and I got splashed with water/antifreeze... thats bad I think ...what do you think??? HELP

i think that is bad also, i would say its time to tear into the top end
