Price for a CA plated 1999 WR 400F?

I have a WR 400f in San Francisco, CA:

1) Aftermarket header and White Brothers exhaust.

2) Carb cleaned and remote thottle screw installed by shop last week.

3) Hot Cams exhaust cam for 2 stroke like/not decompression lever starting!

4) New barkbusters.

5) Plated in California.

6) Tires have one ride on them.

7) Very well kept/garage stored.

needs to get blinkers correctly wired....headlight/tail light work fine.\

What is a fair market price to sell it for???
