What's the easiest pulling clutch perch and lever set there is? I have the stock one, and its tough to pull after about 3 laps. I am working on hand strength, but was just wondering if there was anything out there that would help. Thanks in advance.

Moose makes an easy pull perch as well as an add on easy pull ratio reducer.

i recomend a hydrolic clutch kit. they are 200 bucks and never wear out. i love them. but if you get a new lever and perch get a new cable becasue you cable could be rusty or worn

MSR makes one called the pro raptor which gives three different positions of leverage. I used it a couple years ago for the same reason and it worked out well.

Not sure about the ones that move the mounting point on the lever for the cable end. If the top say's increased cable pull then common sense would tell you the bottom would be less cable pull meaning not disengaging completely.

I don't know, I could be way off here but it seems obvious.

Magura Hydraulic Clutch Best bang for the buck. It just takes a little getting used to. The pull is very linear and smooth.

For the easiest pull, you need to get the magura hydraulic clutch. I have bad tendonitis (arms/hands) and never had any problems riding after installing that clutch.

Buy a new clutch cable and maybe a new clutch lever/perch. You have a 125 (an RM even) and I bet the friction in an old dirty/dry cable/housing will cause the heavy feel. make sure what you have isn't just in need of service before dumping money on a hydro clutch.

$30 versus $300 hydro unit.... your choice. :)

I think I might go with the Moose Racing easy pull clutch system, because it's only $37, and most reviews make it sound like it really works. I can't afford a hydrolic clutch, and I'll probably only have my bike for the rest of this year, so it's not worth it. Thanks for all the help guys. :ride:

same here, does the moose racing one really work good? if you get it, let me know how it feels, i also wouldn't mind an easier clutch because i one finger the lever so my finger often ends up curling up and cramping - not fun.

Well, I've done some further researching, and now I'm not for sure, most people are saying that it doesn't work very well. But I have heard a lot of good things about that MSR Pro Raptor Clutch. I think I might get that, and a new motion pro clutch cable.

I have the MSR on my DRZ (not for the ease of pull, but for the fact it's a burly short lever), but it does make it considerably easier to pull.
