yz450f 2007 adjusting clickers

can someone point me in right direction of getting my suspension dialed in for motocross?

Click on the sag link (mouse-over the word "sag", then click the More info link at the bottom). That will get you started. Exactly what problem are you trying to solve? If you have a stock bike, it's really not ready for serious MX without a fair amount of work. Have you at least gotten the correct springs installed on your bike?

i already got the sag set and my dad messed with the clickers and screwed it all up and i was wondering some settings for the clickers and high speed low speed
ps my dad isnt trying to spend any money on a revalve or any thing
ps my weight is 165 if it matters

Ah, got it.
Put the clickers in the middle and ride.
Write down how the bike feels, where it's fast, where it's slow, where it feels like it's bottoming and where it feels like the suspension is packing (not moving far enough). Does it wash out in the turns, does it want to turn too tight, that sort of thing. Without that info, there's not a lot of help to be given. :doh:

Fwiw, I'm sure that your dad's trying to do the best he can for the least $$. That may be the long road to success, but y'all will learn a lot in the process. :snore:

The stock suspension settings are.
FC 11
FR 6
RC 8
RR 8
HS 1.5
