I am trying to remove some gaskets on my 01 200 ktm motor but when I take the gaskets off, there is a thin layer that is still stuck. I tried a paint scraper but it doesn't work that good. Is there a liquid that I can buy that dissolves or helps with gasket removal? Thanks

carb cleaner maby? if you have the stuff that that comes in a gallon paint can that stuff would the spary can might to. you will probley have to scrap to

They do make make a spray gasket remover. I just use a new razor blade and go real careful like. You don't want to damage the aluminum gasket surface. :prof:
