I been reading on the o-ring mod or changing the spring in the AP, whats better and where is the best place to buy ither?

Also i been wondering about cams, Im a trail rider so i would need more midrange topend. What would be better puting a set of 06 oem cams, hotcam stage2 or webcams?

my bikes a 07 yzf450

oring mod is very cheap..... size 1/4ID x 7/16OD or get it with the JD Jetting kit
AP spring is from Merge Racing I believe
