Does anyone have a picture and the specs on a power now for a 2003 wr250 carb. It seems easy to make your own if you have the specs.

FYI I put one in my yz250f and if I am not mistaken '02 and '03 are the same according to the rep at the dealer show. Again I may have misunderstood the information. Lastly it has done all they report it will do, after riding it aprox. 1 hour in 35 degree weather. I am glad i bought it. Also I thought the same way "it looks" easy but after getting it I did not have the mechanicall fortitude to attempt it. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

The PowerNow for the 01 & 02 are totally different than the 03 models because the 03 bikes don't have the venturi piece that the older models have hence I want to see what the new 03 PN looks like - check my sig below to see what the older PN looks like comparing to your 03 version...

Sorry guys I forgot my digital cam. at work and had to install the PowerNow last night. Fits right into the carb bell "press in fit" I dont think I would want to tackle making this one myself. It's all thin stainless with perfect micro welds. If the diamiter wasnt exact it would fit sloppy or just not at all. I recomend buying this unit instead of trying to copy it.
