I have been noticing that quite a bit of dirt collects on the inside of my exhaust tip. I have never experienced this before and was wondering if this is normal for the YZ250F. Could oil be being blown through my exhaust attracting the dirt? When I wipe it out it doesn't appear to have any oil in the dirt. Just curious if this is something I should be concerned about.

No don't break a sweat over it. It i s normal. Mine does it too.
It collects there from exhaust build up and the dirt sticks to it. Then the exhaust builds on that dirt then the dirt sticks to that. Since there is no oil don't worry about it.

I have never noticed this on my bike, next time I go riding I will check, but I wouldn't think its a problem, aslong as its not going into my engine I am happy.

Sounds like your bikes are running too rich with all that extra residue built up in the exhaust system (i.e. unburnt fuel) - your bikes are not running optimally if you're running too rich, you might want to check your jetting...

Don't worry about it. Unless the bike is running bad DO NOT CHANGE THE JETTING for some dirt at the END of the exhaust. The little bit of dirt is normal. If you are worried about it blowing oil then have someone watch you ride and see if they see some black/blue smoke come out. If none don't mess with it. At a stand still rev. does not count you may see light smoke but it could be unburned fuel.
Just ride it and have fun.

The bike runs great. So I am not going to worry about it. Maybe it is a good sign, as I am throwing a good roost.
