how do you get rid of bog on quick hard acceleration

i have a 2000 yz426f with stock everything and was just rebiult a year or so ago and i cut the silencer bout 3,1/2 inches but it would have the bog even before i cut it and i was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it or make it better also it idles a little high too.
