I have been using leaded 96 octane gas for a year now (since I bought the bike).Is there any good reason to go to unleaded gas.
Have read what has been said up to now in this subject and I know the manual states unleaded, but does anyone have more info or experience with this issue ?

what jt said is correct.
however, i have found that the lead will also leave deposits on your exhaust valves (also leaves a yellow ring on the ceramic of the spark plug). that is about the only downside to the lead in the fuel for the bike.
