Does anybody have any educated predictions on when Yamaha might decide to put fuel injection bikes on the US market? I know they have them in Japan but frankly I don't wanna pay the shipping and would rather wait until they're here in the states.

Just got back from the dealer who had a smoking offer on 2009. Said Yamaha has an incentive plan to move 09 inventory before all new EFI 450 shows up next year.

The ones in japan are not production but rather works units for the factory team only, don't think you would be able to get one even if you wanted to pay shipping man. Sucks i know, but anyway, Yami has an all new bike for 2010, can't wait to see what it will be like.
