What's with the enormous shroud fastener in the 5th picture?


It looks like they used shrouds from that era two stroke, but the shroud has to wrap around the enormous radiator. I think they used an aluminum pieces (almost like a fender washer) to help hold the shroud in place without pulling the bolt through the plastic after being wrapped around the radiator.

Very cool. What drives the water pump?


It looks like the waterpump is on the end of the intake cam, but I could be wrong.
