I think the black wheels would look odd with the chrome handles, chrome bumpers and chrome nerf bars.

About the only thing I'd do is hit the white walls with some Westley's Bleche White and a scrub brush and call it good!

I like the bargain loading ramp

OK.... Here are the trucks that have been pulling my trailers since 1998. They are: a 1999 extended cab with 4.8, a 2008 extended cab with 5.3, and a 2012 crew cab with a 6.2. I bought all these new and they're all still in the family.

Too much new shiny things in this thread, I feel the need to ugly it up a bit :)

Posted Image

Not the best looking thing out there, but it drags around my junk well enough.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Full of 'tards

Posted Image

Tail gate 'extender' thing I made up for the dirt bikes since the short bed is just a touch too short

Here's a power rig for ya. It's my '09 Civic Coupe and a HF trailer that has hauled 2 WR450F's to Colorado the past 2 summers. In fact, I just got back last week. 2 guys with all the gear and clothing for 2 weeks in the mountains. We didn't have to haul food which helped on weight. This year, we put the heavier bike tool related items in a trunk at the rear on the rear of the trailer. You can kinda see it between the bikes. That helped distribute the weight better and off the back of the car/front of the trailer. This year I also didn't haul 2 5 gal cans of fuel which were on the front of the trailer.

In the flatlands in cooler weather the car got 30+ mpg and averaged in the mid 20's. Coming back home mileage dipped down into the upper teens rolling up the hills on IH10 in west Texas. Passing power was, well non-existent. I had to hit the turbo button (turning off the a/c) going up some of the larger hills which helped.

For local trips to a piece of property the dirt bike club I'm in leases I use a '94 F-150.
