Throttle stop mod

Ive seen the pics that they show here....but thats not an 03 WR250?..I dont see that rubber "boot" that he is pulling back.If I'm not mistaking from looking at that area last night,that screw is already exposed?,and just have to figure a way to get to it? Thanks in advance.

The 03 does not have the rubber boot. The screw is behind the plastic grey cover. I took the cover off, because it made it easier to access. Let me know if you need more info.

Hey nickanthony,how did you gain access to get your hand in there?..seat removal?

I didn't take my seat off to get to the screw. It's just a slow process with a small allen wrench. The screw access is pointing down not up.

I did what Chow said. Used a small allen wrench and slowly worked it out. I also removed electrical device ( 2 screws) off of frame and tucked it out of the way.
