ok whats the difference between a yz426 and a yz450 cylinder besides the 426 cost almost double what a 450 cost. will a 450 cylinder work on a 426.

The 426 head cannot be bolted to a 450 cylinder, even in the unlikely case that the cylinder will fit into/onto the cases. The 450 has no provision for the two studs that extend down from the front and rear of the 426 head, just to start with.
