I've been searching the forum and found a lot of great info. I was considering purchasing a kit on ebay that includes a powershot cover, diaphram, spring, screws and o-rings. Sounds like this may not be required... After jetting my bike it doesn't really have a bog. I was only going to buy the kit if it really had some great reviews...

So - if I go with an OEM diaphram, what is the right one? 5JG-14940-18-00

Thanks!

The std diaphragm is 5BE-14940-18-00.

Alternates are:
5BE-14940-15-00
5BE-14940-17-00
5BE-14940-19-00

The lower numbers in the 3rd number set have shorter buttons, and therefore produce a higher volume of output per complete stroke.
