I have a yzf 426 and I think it is running rich. When I rode it last, the bike was popping on deceleration, but not back firing. I have taken off the carburetor and I am wondering if a good cleaning is good enough, or if I should move the jet needle clip up on position.

My second question is: I saw a great video on installing a hot cam, and adjusting the valves. I was wondering if their was a video on adjusting a duel overhead cam, (dose not have to include installation of a hot cam), like on a yzf motor.

popping is a sign of running lean.
