Are you looking for what the spring rate is? As in .42 kg/mm .40 kg/mm etc?

Thats correct. I should have worded it different.

Is there a way to tell what the spring rate is without a spring tester?

not that I am aware of. Well sometimes the factory puts a colored dot on the top of the first coil of the spring and then you have to look in the manual. Have the springs been changed?
