Street legal in Georgia????????

Considering making an off road bike street legal in Georgia. Has anyone here done this in Georgia and could you give some insight to the process.

First is it even possible and if so how difficult is it to do. Talked to Baja Designs and they tell me it is possible but won't comment on the steps involed. Makes me wonder if they just want to sell there gear and then have a beer and laugh while I try to go through countless DMV hoops.

Second if it is possible what changes do you have to make to a WR.
