Dear BRC Action Alert Subscriber,
Travel Management Plan Ready For Public Comment
The Douglas Ranger District is seeking public comment on the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for Travel Management on the Thunder Basin National Grassland, located in northeastern Wyoming.
The draft EA and alternative maps are online at www.fs.fed.us/r2/mbr/projects/trans/index.shtml. The alternative maps are also on display for viewing and comment at the Douglas Ranger District Office. A hard copy of the EA is also available upon request.
Four open houses will be held to review the maps and EA and to provide comments. These open houses are scheduled from 4-7 pm on the following dates and locations. The open houses will be informal - come when you can and leave when you like. Forest Service personnel will be there to answer questions.
