What the hell is up with this GNCC coverage?

Ok, so the coverage of the course is better and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO gald OLN is airing it. So what is my gripe!?

The dang raceis over before it even starts! How can you show a 3-4 hour race in 30 minutes? I dont mean to sound ungrateful but I dont even have time to scratch my ,,.. um yea,... before its over.

Mabye they are waiting to see how many viewers they get before stretching it out for another 30.

Frankly I was just happy to se coverage other than MX. I don't know why OLN is airing it, doesn't seem like their thing but I am glad they are. Seems Speed channel doesn't offer much of anything off-road. I say Email OLN and tell them to keep on airing these things. They should check out some of the Enduros as well.

You could always goto the GNCC website and buy the full length video of each event for $19.95 each. ?

Granted they need to put more cameras out there on the trail, three or 4 site's doesn't do the coverage justice...But some of the footage is pretty cool...Like the idiot that endowed coming off the big creek jump at Big Buck....The guy was parked next to me in the pit's....I laughed my A$$ off...He was sore as hell that evening before he departed. They should have had a camera at the bike launching/crunching hill in Macon Ga, and the spectacular crashes at Morganton NC. Next Sunday is the Loretta Lynns GNCC, That was an awesome race. I ordered the videos for my collection, hope they get here soon.

stanley, Your right. I shouldnt complain since we had nothing before but I look forward to seeing those races on Sunday and since its only 30 min my girlfriend has it switched back over to Trading Places as soon as its over. ?

I agree the coverage on Fox Sports last year was much better. Now, by the time they do the interview stuff and a few commercials, they have barely shown 15 to 20 minutes of the actual race.

They only showed the BIG hill once or twice... that kinda dissappointed me. I think I got up it better than Andrews, though... ?

As Thumper mentioned, when you have 15 minutes of commercials and about 10 minutes of actual race action that dosent leave much time to show anything.

Im not mad at OLN, actually Im grateful they are giving it air time. It would just be nice to see a little more of it.
