headlight burnout?

wr400 w/magneto only burns out lights. O.K. is this a faulty voltage regulator?

The manual shows a 'regulator' on the frame behind the headlight. Is this the voltage regulator that needs replaced? or is it something or somewhere else?

Check all connections first, esp. all ground connections.
