Hey guys, I have always done ALL my own work on my bikes. Problem is two things. First, I am a big EFI guy, no problems there. Second, I
havent really had to do any carb work on a bike. Recently I removed the carb off my sons KLX140 and installed a new pilot and main jet.
Didnt seem too difficult, and the bike is running well.

What I need to know is how to install the GYTR AIS carb kit I have coming in today. I have the carb off the bike, but man is there a
lot more stuff on this carb then I have seen. So do any of you have, or know where to get some step by step PICTURE references on
how to do this. Along with any helpful tips about springs, orings etc.

Thanks man.:)

Thanks. :)

You think as long as I have been around here I would remember
that each forum section has "sticky" at the top of each page.

the YZ450 manual will help you tune your carb better than the wr450 manual.
