I was wondering what would be the best mods for my YZ426. I just bought it about a week ago and Im looking to add a few goodies to it. It already has some (Quick Shot (AP), Tag bars, IMS oversized gas tank,ASV levers, Hot Cam with auto decompressor plus a few more. So what else can I add to the bike to give it a little more performance? Well for around 200-300 bucks.

Suspension revalve.

Completely agree, suspension sounds like it will fit right in with the other mods and you'll love it.

Thanks Ill have to check my local dealer to see about that suspension revalve. Also which pipe and header is the best for the bike. Im looking at a DRD complete system on ebay for about 449.99. Are these good pipes, Im a 4t newbie ive always had 2t and used FMF or pro circuit.

There is no best, But DRD is a very good one.

Consider using the search engine in the forum. "DRD exhaust" returned 134 results.

Ok I just ordered my DRD exhaust and im looking in to the suspension revalved. What else can I do now. My buddy has a 07 ktm 450 and hes diong a few mod to his bike so I have to stay a step ahead of him, because the old 426 ran circles around him last season. He determined not to let that happen this season

Ill check into the big bore, but that kinda scares me though I really dont like punching the cylinder. My buddy has a crf450 and he had to buy a hole new head for his big bore kit. I know that was a little spendy, After all the parts Ive ordered already that might have to wait till next year. Im sure Ill spank my buddies KTM hands down. And if not its tax season. tis the season to spend my refund check on my bike....lol
