06 yz450f clutch pack

have been looking at clutch packs for my 06 yz450. noticed that a lot of them come with a thinner friction. my bike has all the same size and the Yamaha book shows them all the same. but the gytr kit has a thinner friction and steel can some one tell me why this is thanks for your time

They are the exact same, according to Yamaha of North America product support.
