for desert i was told to run the (21" & 19")
Maxis Desert IT front and rear
or the Dunlop 739AT rear and 908 front...is there weights for those on here?

That's hilarious! I remember in the early 90's I had a Klein Mountainbike that weighed just over 21 pounds. A friend of mine spent $800 on Ti parts and came to me saying "I'm within a pound of your bikes weight, tomorrow I'm buying a bunch more Ti parts and my bike will be lighter than yours hahaha"! I responded; "Then I'll take my one pound tire liners out and you'll still be in the hole 1600 bucks"!  Game Set Match

Shoot, this stuff is way cheaper than Ti and I can save an easy 2 pounds + minimum each use:

I prefer the heaviest tires I can get. Its the enersha effect.

18" rear trials tires

heaviest  MT43  14.5 lbs,  lightest was shinko 255 at 11.5 lbs

I run Michelin with calcium in tubes cause I want the best traction I can get.

You need steel rims. Or pack your rims with mud and grass.

I don't use spoke skins, I use fishing weights.then I paint them.

Note that the latest batch of MT43's are weighing in at 13.5 lbs.
