wich springs?

i have a 08 yz 450 and was thinking about sending the suspension to enzo,was susposed to already done it but several injuries kept me from doing it,after reading it seems i can just change my springs and be allright im 6"4 250 does anyone know what size springs to buy and if this will be enough i ride pretty aggerasive and the stock suspension bottoms to much thanks

There are spring rate calculators at MX-Tech and Race Tech.

Getting the spring rate right is the single most important aspect of setting up your suspension. Without that, the valving has no chance to work right.
