filtron stainless filter..

Anyone use it? how is it? got a few motosport bucks that i need to get rid of..

I got one, I like it. I clean mine with brake cleaner. The mesh is supposed to filter out more than the paper. We use stainless mess on our airplanes hydraulic systems.

This accurate on one level, and not on another. I've used a Scotts filter on all my YZF's since '04, and I have no plans to change.

As to whether the Filtron is a good one or not, I don't know. None of the lower cost copycat alternatives to the Scotts that I've examined have looked to be the equal of the Scotts in terms of quality and construction. I know of a few such filters that have failed in one way or other, too. As far as the Filtron goes, it remains to be seen.
