Email or call BLM DESERT DISTRICT MANAGER Steven Borchard Thank him for the fine work of Kevin Mac Clean and tell him that we no longer need a full time ranger dedicated to OHV enforcement and the BLM is protecting our public lands in the Morongo Basin just fine, and has no need to heed a bunch of Johnny-come-latelys who have no investment in the Desert Lifestyle.
