With consent from montanaWR250F (aka George), I present his Dumbo, I mean his WR:

The big ears
The birth defect
Upclose and personal

ROTFLMAO - That thing is funny looking! :D :) :D :D

Here is George's note (with his consent):

Attached are the pics that I PM'd you about. I did the ISDE two day qualifier in Idaho last year and there was a 96dba limit. YZF and WRF were all flunking out at sound test. People had paid $100 and couldnt race. I installed this KTM exaust which I got from a fellow TT member who had it on his WR400 and it bolted right up. My friendly mechanic/fabricator made the extension tip and with brand new Silent Sport packing it hit 94dba on official AMA equipment by official AMA official so dammit it was official. As a baseline there was a KTM400 at 94dba and a KTM200 went 89dba.

Recently I added the "AirWay" vaccuum cleaner attachment as a joke,(the local muffler guys did it for free cause they could'nt stop laughing) but it actually mellows out the exaust and is even a good hand hold when I'm dragging the pig out of a ditch (serious) Non motorcycle people get a good chuckle out of it and Moto Heads are even funnier. The "Sucks and Blows" is a trademark of Camel Toes Racing which I just started.

Performance is in between my YZ pipe and WR pipe with Baja Designs Vortip, but the most important thing is now I can ride stealthy and last week I rode a trail that goes by 6 llamas and they just stood there looking at me and munching away.

Last thing I did was to scan in my license plate and print out a version at 75% and I laminated it and glued it to the fender. Velcro strips to attach plate is even better for truly hardcore trespasser who doesnt want to get caught. I've looked through Montana license laws and see nothing about displaying something like this and for all those "my WR is too heavy" people this mod makes bike lighter and dont have to worry about slicing your leg which has happened to me on get offs.

All the Harley guys with shark fin exhausts are circling my "dumbo" creation as I write.

I'm curious about the "serious racers" who want all the performance from their Yamaha fourstrokes. By the way I got silver (Gold is just beyond my stubby fingered reach) both days on this quiet pile and passed lots of yammies pulling out there stock WR baffles on the course. Wait til I send
you pics of my "Yama-Beemer" This aint nothin and thanks for doing this.

Stay tuned for the "Yama-Beemer"... :D
