These good Wonder Valley California 92277 people live off dirt roads on acres of land in this rural area and use the ORV as transportation to and from neighbors homes. Maintenance is paid for by the property owners of these dirt roads and in some cases they grade them with their own tractors. The Community ORV Watch (Cow) has told children not to use bicycles on the dirt roads as its tire may crush an animal burrow. Children now complain they have to walk 2 miles in the 110 degree desert heat to see a friend when before it was a 5 minute quad ride. These new COW neighbors have no consideration for the old property owners and dynamics of the community when they call the sheriff on there neighbors.
