As stated in the big 03 version of the Universal book of motorcycle etiquette,
Page 892
section 9
paragraph 14
States, No damn Honda part shall be placed, screwed, welded, bolted, glued, zip-tied, clamped, stapled, riveted, or made to fit any Yamaha product other than the front brake line & routing. It goes on to tell about fines, forfeitures of said damaged vehicle, whippings with big sticks and even incarceration.
The answer to your question would be no, it's against the "Blue Law".

Put a Honda seat on a Yamaha? Of course not. But you knew that, eh?
HOWEVER, if you are a Honda owner seeking performance, handling and prestige, studies have shown you can put a Yamaha (without the seat) under a honda seat and it will fit. Not to mention make you faster, younger, better looking and smell better.

More importantly........what class can you race a YZ50F in? Does that race in the 25cc class like a 250F in the 125?

I took my seat off. I like the bike better when I am standing. Sitting is not all that.
